Eating healthy foods requires you to cook at home from scratch. Cooking real food is a challenge for working mothers because it takes a lot of time.

Before this, I often bought food outside because I did not have time to cook.
My kids also like fast food like sausages, burgers, and nuggets because processed foods like this are often served because for me these foods are very quick to prepare.
However, I realize that my child can easily get sick if they have friends who are sick at school and the time to heal is also quite long.
I don’t want them to be like that, maybe there is something I can do to give them healthy food that helps increase their level of immunity.

Healthy food is food that is cooked from scratch and not processed. This means food that is not available in cans or boxes but requires original ingredients and needs to be cooked before eating.

Healthy food is very important because it has enough nutrients and balanced such as carbohydrates, proteins, fats, vitamins, and minerals for the growth and health of children.
Healthy eating also makes children always energetic and ideal body weight.
Why does Eating Healthier Food is Harder?
Eating healthy food is quite difficult because:
1) There is time for shopping
Healthy food requires a lot of ingredients and seasoning. You need to have time to shop for these ingredients. These materials are quite difficult to shop online in my place and require me to go to the market.

2) Need a Fridge, freezer, and large storage space.
Food purchased must be stored properly to maintain the freshness of the food before cooking.
You need to have a large freezer and fridge if you do not want to go to the market many times. And there should be storage space for seasoning and other dry materials.
3) You need to have time to cook
This is another of my biggest problems, as a working mom I cook myself need a lot of time because I have to prepare breakfast, lunch, and dinner.
